- Create a design concept and implement an intial ‘Design Plan’ that includes, but is not limited to; a hand-drafted floor plan, procurement of custom design elements that will enhance and elevate the space, selection and sourcing of new and/or thrift furnishings & accessories, lighting, window treatments, floor coverings, wall coverings & mirrors, presentation of ‘feature wall’ options, paint color schemes and inspirational images, presentation of a well organized ‘Mood Board’ showing all elements combined together.

- Establish a written outline that explains specific details of each project included in the proposed ‘Design Plan’ as well as an estimated budget and timeline to complete such projects.

- Final installation of ALL design elements and professional interior styling.
