This includes a complimentary onsite design consultation and property analysis of the space. At time of hiring, Marcy Lynn will work with you to re-configure any room or space in your home; this may consist of a simple change of layout for existing or new furniture, creating fresh new color schemes, perhaps incorporating some interesting custom design elements, adding a feature wall, new lighting and/or accessories; whatever the client wants to do to enhance and freshen-up their living space.
COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN
This includes a complimentary onsite design consultation and property analysis of the space. At time of hiring, Marcy Lynn will establish a design plan that aligns with the company’s brand and aesthetic, while assessing a style and image customized to the needs of the business. DESIGN RENOVATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This includes an onsite property analysis to evaluate the scope of work needed and client’s renovation budget required to execute their project. After hired, Marcy Lynn will put together a thorough ‘design plan’ that consists of the following; scheduling appointments with qualified contractors (such as carpenters, flooring specialists, painters, upholsterers, custom builders, etc.); a proposed budget and timeline for work to be performed; overseeing budget and timeline during the execution of project, as well as overseeing work performed by all contractors; being hands-on at the job site to ensure all aspects of the renovation process is followed; managing any design changes or issues that may arise; communicating regularly with clients and providing them with updated outlines of budget and timeline; upon completion of project, Marcy Lynn will conduct a final installation of design elements and following through with the styling of finished space.
