- Create a design concept and implement an intial ‘Design Plan’.

- Suggest and present creative design elements that will enhance and elevate the design of the space.

- Schedule on-site appointments and collaborate a well thought out design with experienced and qualified renovation contractors and building tradespeople. 

- Review and provide written estimates from such contractors and tradespeople needed to complete design project.

- Establish a written outline that explains specific details of each project included in the proposed ‘Design Plan’ as well as a proposed budget and estimated timeline to complete such projects.

- Sourcing and procurement of renovation materials needed for each project, this can include materials such as; tangible samples (& price quotes) for different tiles, flooring, fabric, decorative wallpapers, window treatments, wall coverings & artwork, lighting, furniture & accessories, paint & stain colors, etc.

- Continued project management with regular communication and design meetings with clients throughout ALL phases of design renovation, this includes updates on budget, timeline, and any design modifications or change orders needed.

- Final installation of ALL design elements and professional interior styling.
