Residential Design Portfolio

As your personal Interior Designer, I will Project Manage your entire renovation, which includes the Designing of amazing and creative custom design elements to enhance the space, all the hiring of contractors and specialty carpenters that will deliver quality craftsmanship work, as well as managing the contractors’ timelines and overseeing and managing the total renovation budget.

I was hired to update and improve this property in preparation for an upcoming sale.  My objective was to appeal to an active and young couple and/or business professionals. In keeping with the modern aesthetics of the condo project, I chose to go with an updated interior that reflected touches of modern-industrial style but also incorporated the warmth of natural wood tones.

BASEMENT DESIGN RENOVATION – “Your Home should tell Your Story”

This was a very special design project; my inspiration came from a beautiful hand-painted piece of art that my client had from her home country of Latvia.  This amazing artwork led the way in my Design plan, I decided to incorporate old world charm with touches of rustic/modern farmhouse, they worked so well together and I am really happy with the way this space turned out!
